PT Kusuma Alam Sari is a company engaged in the plantation and palm oil industry with a production capacity of around 1,536.73 tons/month. PT Kusuma Alam Sari has experienced several problems related to supply chain performance, including delays in delivery of oil palm fruit. PT. Kusuma Alam Sari has never measured supply chain performance so that it has not been able to evaluate its supply chain performance. The objectives to be achieved in this study are to analyze supply chain performance using the Supply chain Operation Reference (SCOR) method at PT Kusuma Alam Sari. Determine best practice based on the calculation of 2 levels of SCOR performance, what improvements can be made to improve the performance of the palm oil supply chain at PT Kusuma Alam Sari. This research was conducted using the Supply chain Operations Reference (SCOR) method. To measure the level of supply chain performance of oil palm plantations based on performance attributes consisting of supply chain reliability, responsiveness, and flexibility. Benchmarking process, inefficiency analysis, and best practice analysis. Based on the results of measuring chain performance using the Supply chain Operation Reference (SCOR) method at PT Kusuma Alam Sari, it can be concluded that the results of measuring supply chain performance carried out on the three attributes of the calculation produce. The final value of Supply chain Reliability is 71%, Supply chain responsiveness is 90%, and Supply chain flexibility is 33%. With the final value of PT Kusuma Alam Sari supply chain performance of 65%. suggestions for improvement to improve the supply chain performance of PT Kusuma Alam Sari, namely making improvements to plantation facilities, especially on the infrastructure of the shaft road which is still experiencing a lot of damage to streamline delivery time, and making improvements to garden infiltration to prevent flooding during the rainy season.
